This Privacy Notice explains how Fleet Oil Limited (“Fleet Oil”, “we”) collects and uses personal information relating to learners who use Fleet Oil Academy. It should be read alongside our Terms of Purchase and Course Use.

1. Information we collect

To operate your Academy account and provide training, we collect:

• your name and email address (used to identify your account and enrolments);
• payment information, which is handled by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store your full card details;
• your course progress, assessment answers and results;
• certificate records, including certificate numbers and verification codes; and
• limited technical information such as the device and browser you use to access the Academy.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

• create and administer your account and course enrolments;
• process payments and issue purchase confirmations;
• deliver course content, assessments and certificates;
• maintain training and certificate records for verification; and
• send you service notifications, such as enrolment confirmations and certificate reminders.

3. Legal basis

We process your information on the basis of the contract to provide your course, our legitimate interests in operating the Academy, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Sharing

We share information only as necessary to operate the Academy, including with Stripe (payment processing) and our hosting and service providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your account, training and certificate records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet record-keeping and verification obligations.
